中文摘要:设计了5种热处理工艺来改善原热处理工艺的力学性能。利用金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、硬度计、冲击试验机等手段研究分析了5种热处理工艺对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,825℃/50min水淬油冷+580℃/60min回火为最佳热处理工艺,可满足力学性能要求,且降低生产成本。
英文摘要:Five kinds of heat treatment process were designed to improve the mechanical properties of original heat treatment. The effect of Five kinds of heat treatment on mechanical properties was researched by microscope, tensile testing machine, hardness tester and impact testing machine. The results showed that the best heat treatment was 825℃/50min(water-oil quenching cooling)+ 580℃/60min(tempering), which could meet the mechanics performance requirements and reduce production cost.
