中文摘要:通过对挤压变形ZA2合金不同温度、不同时间的时效处理,采用X-ray衍射、金相显微分析和硬度测量等方法,研究了变形ZA2合金力学性能的变化与时效制度的关系。发现了变形ZA2合金的时效硬化的规律,时效处理温度越高,硬度的增加越明显。研究了变形合金组织演化与性能变化的关系。并探究了晶粒转动、晶粒滑动机制在ZA2合金变形中所起的作用。
英文摘要:The X-ray diffraction, optical metallography and microhardness measurements were carried out to study the dependence of mechanical properties of aging time and temperature for the extruded ZA2 alloy bar. It was found that the higher aging temperature was performed, the higher microhardness was obtained. We present the relationship between microstructure modification and properties, report the deformation mechanism of grain rotation and grain slipping of the extruded ZA2 alloy.
