中文摘要:摘要:20CrMnTi是塑性加工常用的材料,本文通过对20CrMnTi在1000℃在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行压缩试验,得到了其应力-应变曲线,采用Matlab软件对试验数据进行拟合处理,得到了变形速率分别在0.01S-1和5S-1时的简单实用的变形抗力模型,结果表明利用该模型的计算值与试验值非常接近,为20CrMnTi热成形时工艺参数的制定提供了可靠的参考。
英文摘要:bstract: 20CrMnTi is a kind of material used in metal plastic forming . The stress-strain curve of 20CrMnTi at temperature of 1000℃ was obtained by compression test on hot simulated test machine Gleeble-1500. And then the deformation resistance model at the defomation rate of 0.01S-1 and 5S-1 respectively were build by fitting the data from the stress-strain curve. The result showed that the calculated value from the model is very closed to the test value. The model can provide reliable reference for the progress parameters of hot plastic forming of 20CrMnTi.
