中文摘要:本文以45 # 钢为例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对轴类零件的感应加热的过程进行了电磁/热耦合场的模拟分析,得到了高频频率范围内的感应电流透入深度,推测出不同频率对应的淬硬层深度,并给出了工件截面节点温度随淬火时间的变化情况,最后与实际生产数据进行了分析比较,验证了模拟结果的可靠性。
英文摘要:Taking 45 steel as an example, The paper has analysed the process of induction heating of axial parts in the electromagnetic/thermal coupling field by the finite element analysis software package-ANSYS . Through it we obtained induction current penetrate into depth of the high frequency range, inferred out hardening layer depth corresponding to different frequency, and given nodes, temperature changes in the workpiece section with the time of quenching. finally took them compared with the actual production data and analyzed. In the end, comparative analysis between them and the actual production data have verified the simulation results are reliability.
