中文摘要: 用金属型铸造方法制备了三种不同铜含量的Al-Si-Cu合金,研究了这三种合金的时效强化行为。试验结果表明,铜含量越高铝合金的硬度越高,且时效效果越明显。且时效温度越高,时效硬化速度越快,达到峰值所需的时间越短。
英文摘要:Three different copper content of Al-Si-Cu alloy have been prepared by metal mold casting method .The age hardening characteristics of the three kinds of alloy have been investigated in this paper. The results show that the higher the copper content aluminum alloy with higher hardness, and the more obvious effects of aging. And the higher the aging temperature, the faster age hardening, the time required to reach peak shorter.
