中文摘要:在单道次压缩变形实验中,采用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机测定了低碳钢SS400和T510L钢在变形温度为950~1050℃、应变速率为0.5/s、5/s、变形80%条件下的热变形行为,根据实验结果,研究了变形温度、 变形速率对实验钢再结晶行为及再结晶后奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响,建立了低碳钢的动态再结晶模型。
英文摘要:Dynamic recrystallization behaviors of low carbon steel are studied by using Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator at a range of temperature from 950 to 1050℃,at strain rate 0.5/s and 5/s,at a strain up to 0.8.The influence of deformation temperature and rate on recrystallization behavior and austenite grain size of experiment steel are studied and the dynamic mathematical model of recrystallization behavior is established.
