中文摘要: 研究了RE对改良铸造铝硅合金力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,RE对改良铸造铝硅合金力学性能有着显著的影响。随着稀土元素加入量的增加,改良合金的强度、塑性均显著提高,但过多的稀土元素加入量由于致使改良合金形成大量的AlxV3CuRE化合物,反而会使改良铸造铝硅合金的力学性能恶化。
英文摘要:The Influence of RE on the mechanical properties of optimized Al-Si
casting alloy were investigated. Results showed that the Influence of RE on the mechanical properties of optimized Al-Si casting alloy are notable. With the increasing of rare-earth element, improving the strength and plasticity of optimized Al-Si casting alloy toughness heavily,but rare-earth element increase too much ,a large number AlxV3CuRE compound were shaped, instead of increasing,the mechanical properties of optimized Al-Si casting alloy are decline.
