焊后热处理温度对T91焊口硬度的影响

中文摘要:热处理工艺特别是焊后热处理温度对T91钢的焊接质量起到至关重要的作用,对焊口进行硬度测试可在不破坏焊口情况下方便、直接、快捷地推断出焊口的性能。为了深入研究焊后热处理温度与T91焊口硬度的对应关系,本文对按照规范焊接的3组T91试样进行了不同温度的焊后热处理,温度分别选择640℃、760℃、880℃。在经过外观检验、断口检验以及无损检验确认三组试样为合格焊口的前提下,对三组试样进行硬度测试并观察母材、HAZ、焊缝组织。结果表明:焊后热处理超温导致焊缝硬化、HAZ软化,焊缝组织粗大;焊后热处理温度不足导致焊缝硬化,但HAZ的硬度变化不大。
英文摘要:Heat treatment Technique, especially postheat treatment temperature, has an important role to play in welding quality of T91 Steel. The properties of welding can be conveniently, directly, quickly inferred by testing hardness of welding without destroying it. In order to deeply research relationship between postheat treatment temperature and hardness of T91 steel welding, three group of T91 steel welding samples using the right welding parameter performed postheat treatment at different temperature including 640℃, 760℃ and 880℃. After confirm the welding samples were qualified by appearance-testing, fracture-testing and nondestructive-testing, the hardness of these welding samples were tested and the structures of base metal, HAZ, weld bead. The results are that overheating treatment induces weld bead hardening, HAZ softening and structure corsing. Insufficient treatment temperature induces weld bead hardening but HAZ hardness changing little.
