中文摘要:研究了(α+β)相区等温锻造后β热处理、双重退火工艺对TC18钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在(α+β)相区锻造后采用β热处理,形成粗大β晶粒,引起“β脆性”,强度和断裂韧性较高,塑性急剧降低,不满足技术要求,有待进一步研究;采用双重退火热处理,强度稍低,塑性和断裂韧性均较好,综合性能较好。
英文摘要:The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC18 titanium alloy during the α+β isothermal forging were studied. Due to the coarse β grain and “β brittle” formed in β heat treatment after isothermal forging at 860℃,the plasticity drastically reduced, strength and fracture toughness slightly raised. However, the combination property with the good match of lower strength, higher plasticity and fracture toughness get better after the standard duplex-annealing.
