中文摘要:以1Cr18Ni9Ti为基体,采用超音速电弧喷涂技术制备NiTi涂层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了涂层的性能,并在超声波伸缩振动空蚀试验机进行了空蚀试验。结果表明,超音速电弧喷涂NiTi涂层中产生了孔隙和NiO/TiO氧化物相,降低了NiTi的超弹性,使NiTi涂层的抗空蚀性能下降。
英文摘要:NiTi coating was deposited on 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substance by supersonic arc spraying. The coating properties were studied by SEM, X-Ray diffraction. Caivation erosion test was finished by ultrasonic stretching vibration caviation test machine. The results show that the NiTi coating deposited by supersonic arc spraying generated porosity and NiO/TiO oxidation phase, thus the superelasticity of NiTi is deteriorated. The performance of cavitation erosion resistance of NiTi coating is degraded.
