中文摘要:大型锻件锻造工艺复杂,锻件中心锻造质量难以保证。针对核电用大型圆筒形锻件芯轴扩孔工艺变形特点,结合中心压实法和刚粘塑性有限元法对芯轴扩孔工艺进行有限元数值模拟,应用响应面法,通过建立径向基函数模型分析下砧量、芯轴转动角度和锻件表面温度对圆筒形锻件锻透性的影响规律,并对优化结果进行讨论。提出了优化锻造工艺的新方法。
英文摘要:The Forging process of Forging is complicated,it is hard to ensusr the quality of the center of Forging.For the fature of a large cylindrical reaming process with nuclear power,proceed finite element numerical simulation with JTS method and Rigid viscoplastic finite element method。Through establishing the radial basis function model to analysis the effect of the amount of reduction, mandrel rotation angle and the surface temperature to the equivalent strain by RSM.Discuss the Optimization results and proposed a new method to optimize the forging process.
