中文摘要:本文主要研究了异步轧制对AZ31镁合金晶粒细化的影响,以探讨提高AZ31镁合金板材深冲性能的途径。结果表明,异步轧制能显著的细化晶粒,且一定程度上能减弱(0002)基面织构,但随着晶粒的细化,杯突值、最大冲压力都逐渐降低,制耳现象越来越严重。
英文摘要:This paper mainly studies the asynchronous rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy grain refinement, in order to investigate the way of improving ductility enhancement in AZ31 magnesium alloy plate deep-drawing performance .the results showed that asynchronous rolling can significantly refined grain , can be reduced (0002) basal plane texture in some degree, but with the structural grain refinement, cupping value, the maximum punch pressure are gradually reduced , the ear phenomenon is more and more serious.
