780MPa级低Si连续退火TRIP钢的力学性能及微观组织

中文摘要:本文针对四种不同成分的低Si连续TRIP钢的力学性能进行了研究,研究发现采用以Al代Si的思路来开发低Si连续退火TRIP钢是可行的,但是对成分中C和Si的含量有一定要求,其成分体系满足0.20%C-0.50%Si才能满足780MPa级TRIP钢对性能要求。在针对力学性能研究的基础上,利用彩色金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜等方法对0.20%C-0.50%Si系TRIP钢微观组组织进行了观察,发现与传统高Si系TRIP钢相比,这种低Si含Al的TRIP钢其铁素体晶粒偏大,而残余奥氏体分布则没有显著差异。
英文摘要:This paper studied four kinds of low-Si TRIP steels with different C and Si content. The results showed that the development of low-Si780MPa grade TRIP steel was feasible, but the Si couldn’t be completely replaced. The content should be 0.20%C- 0.50%Si to achieve the required properties. The microstructure of 0.20%C-0.50%Si TRIP steel studied by optical microscope with color erosion, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope consisted of ferrite, bainite and retained austenite, just like traditional high Si TRIP steel, except that the ferrite grain size of low-Si TRIP steel was a little bigger.
