中文摘要:本文概述了钢基表面低温包埋渗铝的原理,分析了通过添加稀土元素、调整活性剂种类、在渗剂中添加合金、表面机械能助渗、基材表面自身纳米化预处理等实现低温渗铝的研究现状和优缺点。同时,针对高力学性能石油管材,提出了将表面自身纳米化技术与含锌的低温渗剂相结合的石油管材表面低温复合包埋渗铝技术,并对该技术在石油管材耐腐蚀保护方面的应用进行了展望,认为复合低温包埋渗铝技术在石油管材耐腐蚀处理中的应用具有广阔前景。
英文摘要:The main principle of low-temperature pack aluminizing of carbon steel were described in this paper. The present research situation and different characteristics of low-temperature pack aluminizing processing fullfilled by the addition of rare earth element, the adjustment of active agent type, the addition of alloy element, the assistance of surface mechanical energy and the surface selfnanocrystallization treatment of steel substrate. For oil-casing steel and pipeline steel with high mechanical properties, a combined low-temperature pack aluminizing for oil-casing steel and pipeline steel with surface nanocrystallization structure packed by powder with the addition of zinc was proposed. On the basis of the potential corrosion resistance improvement of alulminized oil-casing steel and pipeline steel by combined low-temperature pack aluminizing, it can be concluded that the as-mentioned combined low-temperature pack aluminizing is hopeful for the wide application of aluminizing for the corrosion protetion of oil-casing steel and pipeline steel.
