中文摘要:针对石油钻井26CrMoNbTiB钢钻杆的表面裂纹问题,通过宏观分析、组织分析及能谱分析等手段,确定了钻杆表面裂纹是在热处理淬火过程中形成的,为此,提出了改进的工艺措施,并应用于工业生产。产品检验结果表明,在钻杆调质生产中,通过调整加热速度和淬火冷却速度、保证回火穿透加热等措施,钻杆可避免产生热处理裂纹,改进措施取得良好应用效果。
英文摘要:Accumulation under the problem of drill pipe’s surface crack of oil drilling 26CrMoNbTiB steel, this paper rushed into a decision about that the drill pipe surface cracks are formed during the heat treatment and quenchingthrough macro-analysis, organizational analysis and spectrum analysis tools, the proposed measures to improve the process and applied industrial production. The product test results show that the drill pipe surface cracks can be avoid by adjusting the heating rate and cooling rate, tempering through heating and other measures during the production, and a better application results of improvement measures has been achieved.
