中文摘要:采用金相显微分析、X射线能谱、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度仪、拉伸性能、室温冲击韧性等分析手段,初步研究了稀土Ce对P9钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,通过实验与分析得出:稀土Ce加入量小于0.5%时,稀土Ce能起到净化基体和细化晶粒尺寸的作用,对P9钢的综合力学性能有一定的改善。
英文摘要:Using such analysis method as Metallographic microscopic analysis, X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, micro hardness tester, tensile test, room-temperature impact toughness test, a preliminary study of the effect of rare earth-Ce on steel P9’s microstructure and mechanical properties was carried out.Through experiments and analysis it was concluded that: when addition amount of rare earth-Ce is less than 0.5%,Ce can play the role of purifying matrix and refining the grain size, and improving comprehensive mechanical properties of steel P9.
