中文摘要:通过Gleeble1500热模拟机对SPCE级冷轧深冲板进行热压缩试验,在变形温度为900℃~1100℃和变形速率为0.01s-1~1s-1条件下研究了微碳钢奥氏体变形期间的动态再结晶行为,分析了变形温度、应变速率对动态再结晶的影响,建立了相应的动态再结晶模型,得出微碳钢动态再结晶形变激活能,并对现场粗轧5道次的奥氏体动态再结晶情况进行了分析和验证。
英文摘要:the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the micro carbon steel during austenitic deformation is investigated via a hot compression test to SPCE class cold rolled deep-drawing board on a Gleeble1500 thermo-simulation machine, over the temperature range from 900 ℃ to 1100 ℃ at the strain rates from 0.01 s - 1 to 1s – 1. the effect of dynamic recrystallization on deformation temperature and strain rate is analyzed.The dynamic recrystallization model established, the dynamic recrystallization activation energy of the micro carbon steel was obtained, and the rough rolling five passes austenitic dynamic recrystallization is analyzed and verified.
