中文摘要:摘要: 万向节叉头是汽车和拖拉机传动轴系统中的关键零件之一,万向节叉头焊接时的热变形使叉头末端产生很大的角变形,严重影响了万向节叉和十字轴在传动过程中传动效果。本文运用Creo中的Simulate模块对万向节叉头进行了三维复杂曲面建模、有限元结构分析和热分析、相关参数的灵敏度分析和结构优化设计,改进了叉头的结构尺寸,确定了最小位移变形量的最优设计参数,为万向节叉头的优化设计提供了定性及定量的技术依据。该方法也适用于其他类似复杂零部件的结构优化分析。
英文摘要:Abstract:Universal joint fork head is one of the key parts of the automotive and tractor drive shaft system, great angular distortion of its fork end for welding thermal deformation seriously affects the transmission effects of the Yokes and cross-axis. In this paper, based on Simulate of Creo, a three-dimensional complex surface modeling, the finite element structural analysis and thermal analysis, sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters and structural optimal design is applied to the universal joint fork head. The structure sizes have been improved and its optimal design parameter of minimum displacement deformation is determined. That provides the qualitative and quantitative technical basis for the universal joint fork optimized design. This method is also applicable to other similar structural optimization analysis of complex parts.
