中文摘要:本文对差厚拼焊板汽车后门内板零件在冲压成形时的焊缝移动进行研究,设定了有限元数值模拟前处理的一些关键参数;建立了车门内板及其模具的三维模型;使用分析软件Dynaform进行数值模拟仿真,针对焊缝位置对成形性及焊缝移动的影响,焊缝移动控制等进行了大量的模拟拉深试验,并对这些模拟结果进行了分析讨论,最终得到比较合理的结果,用于指导模具设计,对生产实践具有重要的指导意义。
英文摘要:In this paper the weld-line movement of TWB auto inner door with different thickness in stamping process was studied. A number of key parameters of finite element numerical simulation of pre-treatment was set; the door-inner and three-dimensional model of the die was established. With the FEM software Dynaform various forming condition were simulated in door-inner drawing process. The different welding seam position, the method prevent the welding seam to move, which play important role in the process have been studied. The simulation results presented by the diagrams and the results were discussed, and proper results were attained.
