中文摘要: 本文通过研究真空固溶对新型高强铝合金组织和性能的影响,探讨了新型铝合金固溶过程中过烧对其组织及性能影响的机理。结果表明相同时效机制下,真空560℃高温固溶时,抗拉强度为452 Mpa,塑性9.5%。而普通560℃高温固溶时抗拉强度为320Mpa,塑性1.3%。因为普通固溶热处理晶界上复熔的液 相易被氧化,进而使材料强塑性大幅下降。
英文摘要: In this paper, we discuss that the vacuum solution effects on the microstructure and properties of the new high-strength aluminum alloy,and to explore a new type of aluminum solid solution over the course of the microstructure and properties impact of burning mechanism. The results show that the same aging mechanism, the vacuum 560 ℃ high temperature solution, the tensile strength of 452 Mpa, plastic 9.5%. The general solution at 560 ℃ high temperature tensile strength of 320Mpa, plastic 1.3%. Because the average grain boundary re-solution heat treatment of liquid melt susceptible to oxidation, strong plastic material and thus make a substantial decline.
