中文摘要:在磨削深度为0.1-0.6mm条件下对调质态、正火态、退火态42CrMo钢进行了磨削淬火试验。结果表明:磨削淬火后,三种原始组织试样磨削淬火后的完全淬硬区显微硬度值均在510-878HV范围。正火态试件的淬硬层厚度为1.75mm,调质态试样的淬硬层厚度为1.5mm,退火态试样的淬硬层厚度为1.25mm。磨削淬火后,调质态的42CrMo钢完全淬硬层组织为略大的板条状马氏体组织、正火态的42CrMo钢完全淬硬层的马氏体组织最为细小、退火态的42CrMo钢完全淬硬层板条状马氏体组织尺寸居于二者之间。
英文摘要:Grind hardening test on 42CrMo steel which was heat-treated with different processes was done with different grind depths in the experiment. The heat-treatment processes included normalizing, tempering and annealing and the grind depth was from 0.1mm to 0.6mm. The results showed that the microhardness of the specimens with three different original structures was within 510~878HV in the fully hardened region after grind hardening test. The depth of the hardened layer was 1.75mm in the specimens which was normalized, it was 1.5mm in the specimens which was tempered and it was 1.25mm in the specimens which was annealed. The microstructures of the fully hardened layer in the three types of the specimens were all martensite. While there were some differences among them. The lath martensite appeared in the specimens which was tempered was the largest and it was the finest in the specimens which was annealed. The size of the martensite appeared in the specimens which was annealed was between them.
