中文摘要:采用晶体塑性理论,建立了三维晶界模型,以Al6111-T4板材为例,着重考虑了相邻晶粒之间的晶界约束作用对应力应变的影响规律,研究表明晶粒相对尺寸越大,晶界约束作用越大,材料的流动应力就越大,应变分布越均匀。其结果对金属的微纳成形研究具有参考价值。
英文摘要:A rate-dependent crystal plasticity thesis and a 3D-grain boundary model are used to investigate the grain boundary constraint effect on flow stress of Al6111-T4 sheet metal. The results show that when the grain number increases, the constraint of grain boundary will increase accordingly, then the flow stress of polycrystal increases, and the strain distribution becomes more homogeneous. It is valuable to sheet metal microforming.
