中文摘要:摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机,金相显微镜研究了加热速度、冷却速度对一种低碳微合金钢相变点及CCT曲线的影响。结果表明:加热速度对奥氏体相变点有显著影响,随加热速度的增加,相变点呈线性增加。随冷却速度的降低,钢的强度显著下降,组织发生粗化,且出现带状组织。
英文摘要:Abstract: The influences of heating rate and cooling rate on the phase transformation point and CCT diagram of a low-carbon microallyed steel wer studied by using the Gleeble-3500 thermo mechanical simulator. The results show that the heating rate has a great effect on phase transformation. With the increasing of the heating rates, the phase transformation temperatures increased linearly. With the decrease of cooling rate, the strength decreases significantly, and the microstructure coarsen, furthermore, the banded microstructure appear at lower cooling rate.
