中文摘要:介绍采用转炉→LF+VD→CC生产弹簧钢60Si2MnA的冶炼工艺;通过现场取过程样,实验室分析,确定此工艺生产的弹簧钢夹杂物水平和夹杂物转变过程,钢液中的氧化物在精炼的过程中由简单类型转变为多元复合夹杂物MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2,部分夹杂物中含有CaS;对轧材进行夹杂物评级和低倍评级,检测此工艺生产的弹簧钢扎材质量水平。通过做旋转弯曲疲劳实验,分析疲劳试样断口夹杂物成分,确定引起疲劳断裂的夹杂物类型。
英文摘要:Describes the 60Si2MnA spring steel smelting process by Converter→LF+VD→CC; Process through on-site to take samples, laboratory analysis, to determine the process of production of spring steel inclusions level and inclusion of transition, Oxide in molten steel in the refining process is a simple type into multiple complex inclusions MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2, part of the inclusion complex with CaS; Do Inclusion rating and Low magnification rating to detect of this process to produce the level of quality spring steel rolled. Analysis of fatigue specimen fracture inclusions ingredients to determine what the type of inclusions caused the fatigue fracture,by using rotating bending fatigue test.
