中文摘要:根据铸件形状复杂的特点,设计两个内浇道同时对铸件浇注,采用了无冒口工艺,实现了顺序凝固。利用ViewCast铸造模拟软件对球墨铸铁支架的凝固过程进行了模拟计算,预测球墨铸铁件的缩孔、缩松。根据数值模拟结果并结合理论分析,对铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计。通过改进浇注系统位置,再次进行凝固模拟,最终消除了铸造缺陷,从而获得了合理的铸造工艺方案。
英文摘要:For the casting characteristics of complex shape, two ingates were designed to gating at the same time. Using the non-riser technology the solidfying orderly was achieved. The View-Cast software was employed to simulate the solidification process of the nodular iron bracket and the shrinkage and porosity were predicted. According to the results of numerical simulation as well as theoretical analysis, the casting process program was optimized. Through improving gating system position, solidification simulation was carried again. Eventually the defects in casting eliminated, and the reasonable program of the casting process was obtained.
