中文摘要:摘要:通过单向恒应变速率拉伸试验和金相显微组织观察研究了钛合金TC4,不同温度、不同应变速率下热变形过程及其变形前后组织的变化。针对拉伸记录进行数据处理获得了应变速率敏感性指数m的最值,得出最佳热变形参数:最佳应变速率和最佳变形温度,并分析了应变速率对延伸率δ、m值影响。并分析了材料880℃时进行超塑性拉伸实验,其组织进行了动态再结晶,随着变形时间的增长,晶粒长大比较严重。
英文摘要:In this paper,with uniaxial tensile test of TC4 Titaniun alloy,we study the tensile deformation behavior and evolution of TC4 . Aanalyze and discuss the influence of deforming temperature and strain rate on elongation.And get the best superplastic deformation process parameters. We obtain the best temperature is 880℃.the best strain rate is 1.0×l0-3 s-1 , and the maximum elongation is 670%. Constant strain velocity test are carried out to measure the strain rate sensitivity m.The biggest m value is 0.58.
