中文摘要:对N04400合金钻孔管坯进行冷轧加工成管材,并进行了600℃、650℃、700℃、750℃,90min真空退火处理,研究了加工态管材的组织与性能和不同退火温度对管材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加工态时管材的显微组织沿轧制方向被拉长,抗拉强度为740MPa,屈服强度为695MPa,延伸率6.5%,屈强比为0.94,经600℃~650℃退火后,晶界更加清晰,显微组织仍为拉长的纤维状,强度较轧制态略有下降,延伸率稍有上升;700℃退火后,变形晶粒开始发生再结晶,抗拉和屈服强度急速下降,延伸率大幅上升;750℃退火后,组织发生了完全再结晶,力学性能变化缓慢。
英文摘要:The drilled ingot of N04400 alloy was cold rolled into tubes, and the tubes were annealed in vacuum at 600℃, 650℃, 700℃ and 750℃ for 90 minutes. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the cold rolled tubes annealed at different temperature were studied. The results showed that the microstructure of the cold-worked tubes was elongated along the rolling direction. And the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of cold rolled tubes were 740MPa, 695MPa and 6.5% respectively, and the ratio of tensile and yield was 0.94. The microstructure of the tubes was elongated fibrous after annealed at 600℃ and 650℃. The strength decreased and the elongation increased slightly. When annealed at 700℃, the grains of the tubes began to recrystallize. The tensile and yield strength decreased rapidly, and the elongation increased obviously. The microstructure recrystallizd completely after 750℃ annealing, and the mechanical properties changed slightly.
