中文摘要:为了解决传统大型电阻炉炉温控制为单段式电阻加热的缺陷,本文以单片机为核心处理器设计了两段式电阻炉炉温智能控制系统,阐述了系统的工作原理,设计了系统的硬件电路和软件结构。通过现场测试该系统具有动态性能优良、控制精度较高等优点。同时该系统易于扩展,可根据电阻炉的类型特征扩展为三段及其以上的多段炉温控制系统。该系统可克服传统单段式电阻炉温温度不均、温度易随环境变化造成产品质量波动大,零件性能不达标等缺陷,对今后大型电阻炉炉温控制系统改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要:In order to solve the deficiencies of the traditional big resistance furnace furnace temperature control for the single-stage resistance heating, This paper designed a single-chip processor core two-stage furnace temperature resistance furnace intelligent control system, described the system works Principle, The design of the system hardware circuit and software architecture. Through field tests of the system dynamic performance, high control accuracy advantages.
