中文摘要:本文在测定P92钢高温流动应力和热物性参数的基础上,借助于商业有限元软件MSC.Superform对大口径P92厚壁管穿孔过程进行了3D热力耦合模拟;采用Oyane韧性断裂准则分析了轧件损伤场及钢管分层缺陷的倾向性,发现和顶头前端接触的轧件內表皮下一定深度区域存在破裂高危带。研究了送进角对损伤场的影响,结果表明:轧件最大损伤特征值随送进角的增大而减小,发生分层缺陷的倾向性降低。
英文摘要:Based on the high temperature flow stress and thermo-physical parameters of P92 measured, with the aid of commercial FE code MSC.SuperForm, a 3D thermo-mechanical simulation was presented on rotary piercing process of seamless P92 steel pipe thick-walled with large diameter in two-cone-roll piercer. The damage field of the rolling piece during rotary piercing process, and the tendency of lamination defect of steel pipes were analyzed using Oyane ductile fracture criterion. It was found from the simulation that a high dangerous crack band exists in a certain depth zone adjacent to the internal surface layer of the rolling piece contacting with the front end of the plug. Furthermore the influence of feed angle on the damage filed was investigated. The result shows that the maximum characteristic value of ductile fracture decreases with the increase of the feed angle, and the tendency of lamination defect reduces.
