中文摘要:本文研究了强化固溶处理对7075铝合金晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,与常规固溶(470℃x2h) T6时效处理相比,强化固溶(470℃x2h+480℃x2h+490℃x2h) T6时效处理使7075铝合金中粗大第二相溶解更为充分,加速了合金时效动力学,改善了合金的抗腐蚀性能,抗晶间腐蚀等级由三级提高至二级,抗剥落腐蚀等级由EC级提高至EA级。本文的研究结果说明了强化固溶处理是一种提高7000系铝合金抗晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀性能的有效手段。
英文摘要:Effect of enhanced-solid-solution treatment on intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion properties of 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated. The results showed that compared with the conventional solid-solution (470℃x2h) plus T6 treatment, the enhanced solid-solution (470℃x2h+480℃x2h+490℃x2h) plus T6 treatment advanced the dissolution of coarse second phase, and accelerated kinetics of ageing. The intergranular corrosion resistance advanced from third to second grade. The corrosion resistance improved considerably from EC to EA grade. The present experimental results demonstrate that the enhanced-solid-solution treatment is an effective tool to improve intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion properties of 7000 series aluminum alloy.
