中文摘要:利用金相显微镜、电子万能材料试验机、摆锤冲击试验机和布氏硬度计等研究了800℃~1100℃淬火对EH36高强度船体结构钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:800℃~850℃较低的淬火温度,淬火后的组织主要是铁素体+上贝氏体;900℃时为铁素体+贝氏体+马氏体的三相混合组织;950℃及以上为单一的马氏体组织,随着淬火温度的继续升高,位错密度减小,马氏体晶粒长大。水淬后EH36钢的强度和硬度显著提高,冲击韧性大幅度下降;EH36钢的强度、硬度和冲击韧性都随淬火温度的升高而呈现先增长后减小的趋势。
英文摘要:The effects of quenching temperature between 800℃ and 1100℃ on microstructures and mechanical properties of EH36 high strength hull steel were investigated by using metallurgical microscope, electronic universal material tester, metallic pendulum-type impact tester and brienll hardenss tester. The results indicated that the microstructure of quenching between 800℃ and 850℃ was a mixture structure consisting of ferrite plus upper bainite.The phases of quenching at 900℃ included mixed martensite , bainite and ferrite.The single martensite appeared above 950℃,the dislocation density decreased and grain size grew up with the quenching temperature rising after 950℃.The strength and hardness of EH36 steel enhanced markedly and impact toughness declined rapidly after quenching, the strength, hardness and impact toughness of EH36 increased with the quenching temperature,and then decreased at the turn temperature.
