中文摘要:摘要:本文研究了预硬型塑料模具钢连续缓慢冷却转变组织及多次淬火对连续缓慢冷却组织的影响。发现随着淬火次数的增加,奥氏体转变初始温度变化不大,但是终了温度逐渐降低。奥氏体化次数对随后的马氏体转变并没有多大影响,但对随后的贝氏体转变有较大影响。多次淬火条件下比未淬火时贝氏体转变温度范围缩小,转变初始温度降低,组织内粒状贝氏体减少,而较低的转变起始温度使得转变产生的组织更多的体现为板条状特征。多次淬火未能细化原奥氏体组织,但晶粒变得更加均匀。
英文摘要:Abstract: The continuous lowly cooling rate microstructure and the effect of multi-quench on the microstructure of prehardened plastic mould steel are studied. The result show that the change of austenite initial transformation temperature is little, but the finishing temperature is monotonic reduced. The quench times don’t effect the martensite transformation too much but the subsequent bainite transformation. Compared to the unhardened steel, the transformation range of multi-quench steel is narrowing, initial transformation temperature is reducing, and the granular bainite is shorting. There is more obvious lath characteristic for the microstructer because the reduction of initial transformation temperature. Multi-quench don’t refine the microstructure but grain is more uniform.
