中文摘要：简要介绍了机械搅拌法制备金属及其复合材料的工艺及特性，综述了机械搅拌法对金属及其复合材料在凝固过程和凝固组织中的影响，提出机械搅拌法是改善金属及其复合材料凝固组织、提高其性能的有效途径，并对机械搅拌凝固细晶技术的前景进行了展望。
英文摘要：In this paper, the process and characters of metals and metal matrix composites which are prepared by stirring process are briefly introduced. The effect of stirring process on solidification process and microstructure of metals and composites is reviewed. It is suggested that stirring process is an effective way to improve solidification structure and mechanical properties of metals and composites. Then the prospect in the future, which is for grain fining technique with stirring process in solidification process, is forecast．
