中文摘要:对三辊楔横轧等内径空心件复杂变形特性开展了实验研究,通过有限元仿真,分析了三维变形状态下轧件内部应力、应变场的全部信息和材料的流动规律,准确把握了在变形过程中应变、应力的分布规律。同时进行了实验轧制,得到了等内径空心件。
英文摘要:The experiment research on the deformation characteristics of 3-roll cross wedge rolling for hollow part with equal inner diameter was done. Through finite element numerical simulate, the stress, strain field and the metallic flow law in 3D-deformation were analyzed. The strain, stress distribution during deformation were obtained. The hollow part samples with equal inner diameter were obtained through experiment.
