中文摘要:混合使用CuO+Al和Fe2O3+Al作为高热剂, 按CuO+Al系的质量分数分别为0%、25%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%配制切割用燃烧型焊条,并用之切割Q235钢板。根据切割长度、平均切口宽度、平均切口角分析各配方,确定CuO+Al系占高热剂60%~80%为宜。
英文摘要: The mixtures of CuO-Al and Fe2O3-Al were selected for the thermit. Steel plate of Q235 was cut with cutting agent confected by 0%, 25%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of CuO-Al in mass percentage. CuO-Al is up to 60% to 80% in the thermit on the basis of cutting length, average kerf width and average kerf angle.
