中文摘要:研究了频率为40 kHz时,线圈匝数、薄带长度和励磁电压幅值对经300 ℃×1 h退火处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶薄带的磁感应效应及磁感应效应变化幅度的影响。结果表明:磁感应效应随着线圈匝数的增多、薄带的加长以及励磁电压幅值的增大而增强。磁感应效应变化幅度随着励磁电压幅值的增大而增大,随着线圈匝数的增多和薄带的加长呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。
英文摘要:At 40 kHz and via 300 ℃× 1 h annealing treatment, the influences of winding′s circle number, ribbon length and exciting voltage on the magnetic induction effect and the rangeability of magnetic induction effect of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons were studied. The results show that the magnetic induction effect increases with the increase of winding′s circle number, ribbon length and exciting voltage value. The rangeability of magnetic induction effect increases with the increase of exciting voltage, it means that, with the increase of winding′s circle number and ribbon length, the magnetic induction effect increases first and then decreases.
