中文摘要:利用扩散偶技术研究钢基和锌合金中的微量Ti对Fe-Zn反应的影响。扩散偶的成分设计如以下3种:Fe-0.1wt%Ti/Zn-0.2wt%Al,Fe/Zn-0.2wt%Al 和Fe/Zn-0.2wt%Al-0.1wt%Ti,扩散温度为380 ℃,时间分别为2,4,8,14 h。实验结果表明,Ti的加入促进了Fe-Zn反应和合金相的生长,尤其当Ti加入到Fe基体中时促进效果更为明显,此外Ti还能促进δk相在Г和δp界面的形核与生长。
英文摘要:The effects of trace of Ti in steel substrates and zinc alloy on the inter-diffusion behavior between Zn and Fe were studied using diffusion-couple method. The diffusion-couple is Fe-0.1wt%Ti/Zn-0.2wt%Al, Fe/Zn-0.2wt%Al and Fe/Zn-0.2wt%Al-0.1wt%Ti, respectively. The diffusion-couples were annealed at 380℃ for 2, 4, 8 and 14 h, respectively. The results indicate that trace of Ti can promote the Fe-Zn reaction and the growth of Fe-Zn phase, especially in Fe substrate. Besides, Ti can promote the formation and growth of δk phase in the Г/δp interface.
