中文摘要:介绍了自行设计的微型电容储能点焊机的主电路和机械部分,并针对生产中常用的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了焊接试验。通过对熔核尺寸和接头组织的分析,结果表明:该焊机性能稳定;当电压为110 V、压力为15 N左右时,能够得到质量较好的焊接接头。
英文摘要:The mechanical and circuit department of self-designed subminiature capacitor stored energy spot welding machine was introduced. The equipment was used for the welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. According to the analysis of nucleation size and joint microstructure, the welding machine and performance is stable, the welding quality of the welding joint is good when the voltage is 110 V and the pressure is about 15 N.
