中文摘要:通过对铝合金L型件的压缩过程进行数值模拟,分析了坯料形状对压缩过程中金属的变形行为的影响。结果表明,坯料的形状规格对压缩变形中的金属流动行为影响较大,随着高径比的增加,变形不均匀性增加,坯料出于塑性区的范围变大,坯料外凸变形趋势增大,坯料内孔(内边)压缩变形后的金属变形流动行为的复杂程度也随之增大,为更好地对7075铝合金的L型件压缩变形行为进行研究提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:The metal deformation behavior of 7075 aluminum alloy L-shape ring was investigated by numerical simulation, and the influence of billet shape on the plastic deformation was analyzed. The results show that the shape factors of billets have a great influence on metal flow behavior. With the increase of high-radius ratio, the uniformity of deformation increases; with the increase of deformed area and the deformed trend of bulge of billets, the complex degree of metal flow behavior increase, so that it provides a better scientific basis for compression deformation of the 7075 aluminum alloys L-shaped billets.
