中文摘要:通过对直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形充填阻力的分析,揭示了其上下角部难以充满的原因。改变浮动凹模的运动方式,可以改变变形区应力的分布情况,从而改变上下角部的充填情况。利用DEFORM-3D软件对上述结论进行了验证,证明了浮动凹模对角部充填的有效性。
英文摘要:According to the analysis of friction distribution on radial direction in the precision forging of spur gear, the reason that the corner was difficult to fill was revealed. Changing motion mode of the die, can change stress distribution of axial direction, as well as the fill situation of corner. Finally, the scheme was further validated by DEFORM-3D, and the results show that the effect of floating die on filling the corner is valid.
