中文摘要:简要分析了热分析的基本原理和热分析装置的构成,从铸铁、铸钢和铝合金三个方面综述了热分析在铸造生产质量检测上的应用。这些应用主要包括测定铸铁的化学成分和力学性能、鉴别铸铁的石墨形态、评定球铁的球化级别、测定钢水的含碳量和含氧量、检验钢水中的夹杂物、评价铝合金的变质和细化处理效果。
英文摘要:The principle and the construction of thermal analysis apparatus were briefly described. From the view of cast iron, steel and aluminum alloys, the applications of thermal analysis in foundry production monitoring were reviewed. These applications include the measurement of chemical composition and mechanical property of cast iron, the identification of the graphite shape, the assessment of the spheroidization grade, the test of carbon content and oxygen content in steel, the inspection of the inclusions, and the evaluation of modification and refinement effect.
