中文摘要:阐述了高炉风口小套材料的使用现状、使用工况和损坏原因。通过对紫铜风口小套侵蚀机理和铍青铜使用案例的分析得出,采用铍青铜替代紫铜生产高炉风口小套是可行的。如全国均采用铍青铜风口小套,每年可为国内钢铁企业节约铜耗费用3亿元,钢铁企业可多出250万吨以上铁水。
英文摘要: The present using situation, the operating mode and the damage reasons of small sleeve material of blast-furnace tuyere were introduced. Through the analysis of the erosive mechanism of copper tuyere sleeve and the case of using Be-Bronze, the conclusion is that using the Be-bronze sleeve to substitute the Cu tuyere sleeve is feasible. If whole China uses Be-bronze tuyere sleeve, which may save the copper expense 3 billion Yuan every year for the domestic iron and steel enterprises, and the production of the iron and steel enterprises is 2.5 million tons now more than ever.
