中文摘要:锤式破碎机锤头磨损属于低冲击型的磨料磨损。为了增加锤头的耐磨性,在锤头工作面上设计一层4~10 mm厚度的陶瓷复合层,该陶瓷复合层采用实型负压消失模铸造和铸渗法铸造相结合的方法形成。通过热处理后,陶瓷复合层硬度达到65 HRC以上。磨损试验证明锤头具有良好的耐磨性,是提高破碎机锤头耐磨性的一种新尝试。
英文摘要:The abrasion of crusher hammer is the low impacting abrasive abrasion. The ceramic composite layer with the thickenss of 1~4 mm was designed on hammer working face for enhancing its abrasion resistance. The layer was formed by vacuum lost foam pattern casting and infiltration casting process. The hardness of the ceramic composite layer reaches 65 HRC after heat treatment. It has good abrasion resistance and it's a new experiment for enhancing abrasion resistance of the crusher hammer.
