中文摘要:为了提高挤压铸造AZ91D合金制件的质量,在实验室条件下,运用多因素正交实验,采用不同工艺参数对该镁合金的成形性进行了研究。试样经力学性能测试和显微组织分析,结果表明:浇注温度为730 ℃、挤压压力为100 MPa、保压时间为25 s时所得试样晶粒细小,析出了更多的第二强化相β(Al12Mg17),试样的综合力学性能最好。
英文摘要:In order to improve the quality of squeeze casting, the different technology parameters were adopted to study the forming property of AZ91D alloy by applying multifactor orthogonal test under laboratory condition. The mechanical properties and microstructure were tested and observed. The results show that the combination mechanical properties is best, grain is thin and the precipitation of second phase particle β(Al12Mg17) is more, when pouring temperature is 730 ℃, squeezing force is 100 MPa and holding time is 25 s.
