中文摘要:就硅含量对可锻铸铁的显微组织和硬度的影响进行了研究。实验中设计熔炼了三种不同硅含量可锻铸铁试样,在三个不同温度点,对各铸铁试样分别进行空冷、炉冷、水淬、油淬处理,进而分析得出硅含量对可锻铸铁的显微组织和硬度影响的规律。在空冷和水淬后,可锻铸铁的硬度随硅含量的增加而降低;在炉冷和油淬后,可锻铸铁的硬度随硅含量的增加而升高。
英文摘要:The effect of silicon on microstructure and hardness of malleable cast iron was investigated. Three kinds of malleable cast iron with different Si content were designed and prepared. After the samples were cooled in atmosphere, stove, water and oil at three different temperature points, the influencing law of silicon on the microstructure and hardness of malleable cast iron were obtained. Hardness of malleable cast iron decreases with the increase of Si content after cooling and water quenching; while the hardness increases with the increase of Si content after furnace cooling and oil quenching.
