三辊楔横轧空心件热变形时微观组织的研究

中文摘要:利用非线性有限元建立了金属成形过程中热、力、组织相互耦合的刚塑性有限元模型,采用该模型对三辊楔横轧空心件成形工艺进行仿真计算,得出不同阶段轧件的晶粒尺寸变化规律。在此基础上,应用正交实验法探讨了空心坯料轧制时壁厚、断面收缩率、轧制温度对晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:轧制温度对晶粒尺寸影响显著,其次依次为壁厚、断面收缩率。
英文摘要:A rigid-plastic finite element model for simulating hot forming process was established with the thermal, mechanical and microstructural phenomena coupled by the means of nonlinear finite element. Through simulation of 3-roll cross wedge rolling (CWR), the changing law of grain size of different deformation stages was obtained. Based on this model, the effect of wall thickness, section reduction and temperature on grain size was studied during rolling hollow part through orthogonal experiment. The results show that the effect of temperature on grain size is outstanding, next is wall thickness, section reduction in order.
