中文摘要:利用刚粘塑性有限元与动态再结晶演化热力耦合的方法,进行了42CrMo曲轴预成形过程变形与动态再结晶的热力耦合模拟,分析发现曲轴锻件内部有50.280%的区域完全动态再结晶,即获得锻造改性,约有11%的区域动态再结晶体积分数为86%。同时选取了曲轴的一个平衡块,分析了平衡块部位动态再结晶晶粒的分布规律,模拟发现细晶区主要分布在等效应变较大的心部、挨着毛边的区域,而粗晶区分布在平衡块的上下两侧区域。
英文摘要:The deformation and dynamic recrystallization of 42CrMo crankshaft in pre-forming process was simulated, using the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis method of rigid viscoplastic finite element and the evolution of dynamic recrystallization. About 50.280% zone of the forging piece was modified completely, about 11% zone of the forging piece was modified by 86% of volume. Analyzing distribution law of dynamic recrystalli zation in a balancing weight of the crankshaft, the results show that fine-grained zone is distributed in the center of the balancing weight, closing edges zone. The coarse grain zone is distributed in the up and down sides of the balancing weight.
