中文摘要:阐述了真空热处理工艺及其优缺点,从刀具形状、尺寸、材料等特性参数来考虑其对真空热处理装炉方式、升温速率、加热温度、保温时间、真空度的确定和可控气压的调节、冷却方式和介质优选的影响,详细讨论复杂刀具真空热处理工艺路线与各工序的相关问题。使真空热处理在保证刀具表面质量和小变形的同时,完善刀具的各项性能。
英文摘要:The vacuum heat treatment process and its advantages and disadvantages were described. It was considered that tool property parameters such as tool shape, size and materials mainly affect the charging mode of vacuum heat treatment and its heating velocity, heating temperature, insulation time, determination of vacuum degree and regulation of controllable air pressure, optimization of cooling mode and medium. Meanwhile, the tool process route of vacuum heat treatment in detail and the related problems of each process were discussed also. It makes vacuum heat treatment guarantee tool surface quality and low deformation and simultaneously perfect various tool performances.
