中文摘要:采用激光和等离子弧淬火表面硬化技术对40Cr合金钢碎渣机凸轮表面进行硬化处理,并对修理后的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明, 激光处理后,表面组织细化,磨损表面仅产生一些微裂纹和凹坑;正常淬火的40Cr钢表面出现较大的裂纹和撕裂。认为激光硬化处理能够有效地改善材料的表面硬度和耐磨性。
英文摘要:The surface hardening treatment of 40Cr alloy steel slag cam was carried out by laser and plasma arc quenching surface hardening technology. The microstructure and properties of 40Cr cam after surface treatment were studied. The results show that: after laser treatment, surface microstructure is refined, only some micro-cracks and pits on the surface of the worn; crack and tear larger on the surface of 40Cr steel in conventional hardening. The laser hardening material can effectively improve the surface hardness and wear resistance.
