中文摘要:简要介绍了20CrMoA抽油杆的生产工艺流程,对断裂失效的20CrMoA试样进行断口、热处理工艺、金相组织和夹杂物分析。结果表明:抽油杆断裂的主要原因是热处理后没有形成回火索氏体组织,原材料中夹杂物也会引起断裂失效,提出了防止断裂的措施。
英文摘要:The production process of oil sucker rod of 20CrMoA steel was introduced. The cracking failure samples were analyzed by fracture, inclusions, microstructure and heat treatment. The results show that the main reason of crack failure is that the microstructure is not temper sorbite after heat treatment. Inclusions in the steel also cause failure, and some measures are proposed.
